Quantity On Order Is Wrong!!!
We are discovering many of our inventory items in netsuite have the wrong the number listed as QUANTITY ON ORDER. It is overstating the number and preventing items from reaching the ITEMS TO ORDER reminder, since the software is falsely thinking we have more on order than we do.
is anyone else noticing this.
i notice by looking at the inventory tab under an item record and looking at the quantity on order column number. then looking up all the unreceived purchase orders for these items and the numbers don't match. A case #627088 has been made. please call in if you also have this problem, so they can urgently resolve before we understock our inventory and lose sales.
