Where Are These Inventory Fields?

I can not locate any of the below fields on the Lot Numbered Inventory Item form. They are listed in the NetSuite Online Help, 2008.1, SuiteFlex > SuiteTalk > Records Guide > Items > Lot Numbered Inventory Items[INDENT]preferenceCriterion
upcCode
producer
purchaseTaxCode
rate
salesTaxCode
scheduleBCode
scheduleBNumber
scheduleBQuantity

[/INDENT]Perhaps I overlooked these fields on the Form. Could someone please tell me which Tab each of these fields are on?
