Inventory Level Warnings

I have just started a new postion as a project planner and buyer with this company and NetSuite is VERY new to me.  I have searched and read during my downtime and I cannot find what my bosses/co-workers are wanting me to find.  I know that when entering a sales order you can schedule a pop up warning if inventory levels are not up to par, however, the sales team are the guys who are seeing this and they don't really care - as the buyer for the company is there a pop up that will notify me of low
