Inventory Management - Minimum Stock Levels

Does anyone know how to work around the issue of minimum stock levels with advanced inventory?

The advanced inventory calculations seem to be working correctly.  On some slow moving lines it is calculating our preferred stock level to be 1, however that means it will not re-order until we are out.

I would like to put in a minimum stock level above this as a safety cushion.

Does anyone know how?
