Add custom Field in Assembly Item Members

hi,

We want to add a custom field to Item Members of an Assembly Item.

This field value is unique for every combination of Assembly Item and Member Item.

                     Field Value  Assembly-1  Member-1 0.5             Member-2 0.3    Assembly-2  Member-3 0.4             Member-1 0.6  

Due to this we cant add it as a 'Custom Item Field' to Member Items.

Is there any way we could add this field in Assembly Items Components?
Kindly suggest the possible solutions for this.
