How to hide inventory costs on certain roles
Hi,
Our sales reps and support team need to be able to check inventory frequently. Currently, they go to the Item record and check the inventory from the inventory tab. The problem we're experiencing is they can then see all the cost information. Often they have a customer with them who could see their computer screen and therefore this information. It seems that the costs cannot be removed from the Inventory tab.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how our employees can see the inventory without seeing all the costing info as well?
