Inventory Aging/Fast Moving Items Report

Hi,

our inventory custodian is asking for an Inventory Aging Report/Fast Moving Items Report. i look on the Standard Reports of Inventory/Items, but seems not what our Inventory Custodian's looking. i know there's a workaround or saved search to achieve this report.

i'm new in creating saved search, any ideas and help is greatly appreciated.
