Consolidated Inventory Report

We need an inventory report that summarizes available and on hand values from multiple warehouses. We have 10 warehouses but we want a report that provides available and on hand by two specific warehouses. I have built it to show them side by side but I want a report with one column for on hand and one column for available for both warehouses.

Item/On hand/Available - we are creating this report for a vendor so we do not want to share any additional fields.
