NetSuite for Outlook 2.0 Conflict Resolution Problem

After we perform a synch there is always a Conflict Resolution pop up box with the same multiple conflict resolution issues. 

We have chosen to apply the values from NetSuite or Outlook on different occassions, but it always returns no matter what choice is made. 

Has anyone else experienced this problem?
