Out of Office Response
I recently took a short vacation, and found that while I was away the "Out of Office Assistant" message from Outlook was being sent to customers who were submitting Netsuite case requests to our "Info@" accounts.
Can any one shed some light as to why this reply is being sent on the creation of support Cases?
I am not the only alias on our "Info@" accounts" I have tested the system, having other employees set the "Out of Office Reply " and did not receive the same response on creating cases.
Does this have something to do with being the administrator or global BCC?
