Outlook Plug In - Sync
Is there a way to limit the Outlook Plugin to default to showing open cases? Currently, if I'm in an email, it shows oldest 5 cases first yet they are closed cases. Is there a way to default this to show only open cases? As an example, i see 5 cases and then "View all 670". This requires that I clikc the View all 670 link in order to find the appropriate open case to attach the email to. It tends to lock up when the numbers are this high.
