NetSuite for Outlook RESTlet limit exceded

Hi everyone

So we have a customer that has just 700 contacts on their Outlook account, yet when they're using the NetSuite for Outlook connector, they're getting logged out and a Restlet Limit Exceded error every time.

Is there a way to change it so this connector can be configured to adhere to the NetSuite Limitations imposed on us since 2017.2?
