Issues with NetSuite ODBC & linked server

Has anyone experienced issues with the NetSuite ODBC driver and linked server? We went live on NetSuite at the beginning of this year but because we rely on a different reporting tool to provide our management reports we have to use NetSuite ODBC and linked server functions to pull data from NetSuite into our SQL Server. We created SSIS packages that bring this data over to our SQL server but in doing so we are running into major SQL dumps on our server. Our DBAs have been back and forth between NetSuite and Microsoft for over 8 weeks now trying
