efax usa to foreign international recipients problems
We are in the USA and using efax works fine for our USA fax numbers
netsuite prepends a 1 on the fax number and emails the fax to efax for processing.
But, international numbers are incorrectly being treated the same.
netsuite is prepending a 1 on the international fax number (country code area code - phone number). when efax receives the email from netsuite it processes the fax like a USA number because the first digit is 1. Of course this is wrong and someone in the usa is receive a fax intended for an foreign receipient.
Is there any way to fix this problem in netsuite?
