Avoiding Duplicate Emails in Campaings With Customers & Contacts
From what I have gathered - it is impossible in NS to create a group that is composed of both Customers and Contacts.
We send out an email to all companies who do business with us and I also include their employees (contacts) as well in this broadcast.
To be able to handle this - created one group of Customers who match our criteria. I then create a second group of Contacts who match the same criteria.
Then in the campaign module - create two broadcasts to go out. My problem is that some of the Contacts have the same email address as the main email field in the Customer records. As such - they are receiving two copies of the email.
