"tell a friend" link within a marketing email?

i'd like to have a "tell a friend" link within an email campaign that would take the user to an html page that they could then enter the email addresses of friends.  then have netsuite send the same email campaign to those "friends" as well as add those emails address to my contacts.  is this possible.
