How to track sales when 3rd party email campaigning is used?

We use a third party software for email campaigns. Is there a way to track the sales resulting from the campagins in netsuite? We can see some sales generated through email campaigns in google analytics but it does not show sales orders where paypal is used a payment method.

When some campaigns are sent, we give discounts and with the promotion codes we can track sales in netsuite. But for emails where there are no promotion codes, sales tracking does not work.
