Email Campaigns - Maximizing Delivery Rates? Any tips or tricks?

Ok - we've set up a unique campaign domain both in Netsuite and at our ISP and pointed it to Netsuite.  We've set up the DKIM and we've also put Netsuite server IP addresses in our SPF record in our DNS. 

What are the other tricks/tips you use to improve delivery of your campaigns?
