Need NS help with email sends (Australia)
Hey guys
Ever since the IP address was changed for mail merge and campaign sends (some time between Feb 12th 2009 - 63.209.28.84 - and Feb 17th 2009 - 167.216.129.195) customers from certain ISP's have not been getting our emails.
These ISP's include:
ncable.net.au
iinet.net.au
ozemail.com.au
iprimus.com.au
westgate.com.au
uow.edu.au
melbpc.org.au
powerup.com.au
ihug.com.au
ecu.edu.au
and there are a few more but not affecting as many people.
I have tried contacting these ISP's but to no avail. I'm getting some telephone monkey that knows nothing and can't help me any further.
