Email campaign queuing delivery
Hello all.
I have recently done some research and testing into marketing campaigns. After some initial learning I managed to send to a test group successfully.
The real campaign was split into batches of data in the form of saved searches made into dynamic groups.
Batch 1 - around 700 records (sent 28/04/09) with a fairly accurate sent/bounced number - still no email confirmation however.
Batch 2 - 1399 records (sent 05/05/09). My real problem is this batch. Only 399 have sent with 74 bouncing. There is no movement on the other records and a detail view of campaign response shows many records at "queued" status.
Can anyone please help shed some light on why the campaign has ground to a halt?
