Bulk Merge has Blank Body
I am experiencing a problem with Bulk Merge that is sending emails with Blank body.
1. I created a dynamic customer group with under 4000 customers
2. I designed a html template email and uploaded it to the Marketing template area. Tested a send to myself for there and it works fine.
3. I successfully send a test email using bulk merge including myself on the list and it goes out successfully to my test email accounts without issue.
4. I thenk do a bulk merge using the dynamics customer group which has about 3,000 customers including myself and the email get sent, I received it but the body of the email is blank. Only the subject line is populated. I have done this a few times and I keep getting the same results.
