Marketing Campaign with Direct Mail

I have a Marketing Campaign with 8 different target groups and each target group has their own promotion.  This is under Events>Direct Mail.  We are getting sales from this campaign but nothing shows up in the campaign Statistics or any of the reports?  Any ideas?
