Update Sales Rep on Customer Based on Sales Order

My sales reps do not have "their own" customers.  They get credit for sales orders, but any employee can create a sales order for any customer.

I want to display the sales rep for the last sales order as the sales rep on the Customer record.

Is there a feature that sets the Sales Rep on the customer record based on the last transaction?
