Cybersource Decision Manager

We are trying to decide whether or not to switch from payproflow to CyberSource/Decision Manager.

I was hoping there is someone out there who is currently using this that could discuss with me and answer some questions that I have.  We are not a gigantic corporation, but we are not small either.  This seems to the be product we need.  Cybersource was not able to provide me with a local (to me) customer reference.

I have questions about setting up (outside of what cybersource tells me), accepting foreign credit cards) and any issues you may have run into along the way.  Experiences?
