Bulk Billing Not Releasing Some Card Transactions (Worldpay)
For the last 3 days we are seeing the following issue:
When we do our nightly bulk billing operation, a lot (but not all) of the card transactions are not releasing in Worldpay.
More specifically: we do the bulk bill and do NOT see any errors in Netsuite. The transactions show as successful cash sales in Netsuite and under normal circumstances all the card transactions should be released. There is nothing to suggest that there have been any problems.
Upon entering our Worldpay panel, we see that many of the card transactions have not been released by the bulk billing process and so we have to go through manually and release them.
