Is Paypal an option? I see CyberSource, Merchant E-solution

Is Paypal an option?  I see CyberSource, Merchant E-solution, and Worldpay on my credit card processing tab in Netsuite.

I read about many threads about having PayPal be your merchant.  Is that still an option?
