Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Are there ways to use a non-standard payment processor?
One of the joys of working at a University is that blanket decisions are often made at a state level, regardless of the individual impact it might have on smaller departments.
We're being directed to stop using Payflow Pro (which was an approved processor in the past), and being mandated to begin using TouchNet uPay as our gateway. Unfortunately, NetSuite does not support this, and while an enhancement request is in, I doubt we'd gain the leverage needed to make that integration happen. I am also not exceptionally optimistic about our chances in applying for an exception from the state; while there's a policy in place to support 'documented business needs', we're receiving a bit of a frosty reception when we bring the topic up.
