Thoughts on Merchant e-solutions?

Does anyone have any experience using Merchant e-solutions?  We are currently using Cybersource but the rates are high.  We do not have any issues with credit card fraud due to our product so extensive fraud detection is less of a concern. We have high volumes of transactions from the NetSuite webstore.

I would be interested in whether people are satisfied with Merchant and how difficult the switch was if you were coming from another gateway.
