Need Help/PayPal Express
Hello,
We have just run into a problem with PayPal Express. We've recently "turned it back on" to give it another go.
Here's our situation:
An international customer ordered via PayPal Express, and chose the wrong shipping method (UPS Ground, instead of Express Mail International).
In correspondence with the customer, we were then authorized to change the shipping method to the correct cost.
However, when we tried to process the order, the authorization got canceled, because the amount was over too much. Now, I do understand this part, because when I previously spoke to a lady at PayPal, she said we can only go up to 115 % over the order total, and the new shipping cost made the new total exceed the original order total.
