Paypal authorizations are being voided by NetSuite
We are experiencing this problem lately and any assistance would be helpful!
A customer submits an order via our website, using Paypal as their payment method. The order is fulfilled and shipped and then goes into the Billing queue. When I go to bill it, an error message comes up saying "Authorization is voided". After reviewing the details in Paypal's website, it shows that we voided the transaction. We do not have the ability to void a transaction in Paypal. Netsuite and Paypal tell me that it's the other one voiding the transaction.
I've filed a case with NetSuite, but this is becoming an issue with two this week alone.
