API call to fetch list of mappings for a record type using SuitTalk

I need an api call to fetch list of mappings for a record type for example Contact, Lead etc. We are using SuiteTalk to integrate netsuite to our .net application.
Please let me know the solution for this ASAP, as this is very urgent.
