Netsuite Token Based Authentication vs User Cred

Hi ,

If i use  token based authentication to connect Netsuite using webservice its working fine and i am able to see the records in the netsuite website. Where as if use User Credentials authentication web service call is success but i am not able to see the newly records in the Netsuite Portal . What could be the reason can you please help .
