Dark Theme for Visually Impaired

I have am employee that is visually impaired.  What is best for them is green text on a black background.  Is there a way to do this in NetSuite?

None of the inherent color themes in preferences do this (all light backgrounds).  I've tried the "Display default theme with optimal color contrast" option but that barely changes things.  I've tried browser addons like Stylish with various themes (global dark and one specifically for NetSuite) and they get some of the way there but only change some of the elements and result in a bit of a mess.
