NetSuite Defects and SLA's

Does anyone else here feel that NetSuite is taking the piss with the amount of defects and the time it takes to fix them. I would not be able to put our list of  defects here as the list is too long but for instance, i have a defect where customers cannot use gift vouchers on our website if they want to pay by paypal. The defect was raised in March 2010 and still hasnt been fixed. Im very sure it doesnt take 11 Months to fix a defect. If NetSuite was free i wouldnt have a right to moan
