Can't Log Support Case
Is anyone having issues attempting to log a support case? I have tried 4 times now for this one particular issue and I am yet to receive any auto-generated email from NetSuite, nor any follow up email that it has been assigned. The first two attempts appear to have simply gone into the ether, but for the last 2, I get the following message at the top of the redirect Support Home Page:
A problem occurred while submitting your case.
Customer Support has received your case information and will submit it manually.
Should I log a Support Case about not being able to log Support Cases perhaps? :rolleyes:
