Saved Search Help - Last Status Change

Hi all,

I have a Saved Search whereby I'm attempting to show, in Summary view, all New Leads, New Prospects and New Customers for 'this month' by Geographic location (Custom Field).

In order to attempt to get these 4 columns into the one search, I'm using Criteria that is analyising System Notes records - in particular, when the Status was either Set or Changed and then looking at the date it changed to see if it occurred 'this month'.

The issue I've inevitably encountered, however, is that where more than one Status change has occurred within the one month, I then have erroneous results in my "Sum" Summary Type, therefore showing, for example, one New Lead created AND one New Prospect created whom are one in the same record (where I only want to show 1 new Prospect).
