Error on Estimate, Sales Orders and Invoice

Hi,

Has anyone ever faced this error:

"Notice: The field Amount contained more than the maximum number ( 15 ) characters allowed ".

This happens on Estimate when you change the price level to 'custom' and change the rate and Save the record.

Also this is not happening on every administrator role, only few users are facing this issue.
