Is there a standard upload time for csv import files?

Hi

We currently upload several csv files into NetSuite each day. The time taken to upload varies but it can take a few hours to upload some files.

The size of the files vary, but for an example, a file I loaded today was 1,468 records long and took over 3 hours to upload. Would this be considered an acceptable amount of time for an upload or does it seem excessively long?
