Can Netsuite pick the correct tax code based on Item as some items are subject to different tax rate

Sales tax codes are picked up based on shipping address zip code. But within the same zip code there can be different tax rates applicable to different items. Example: some items can be subject to the reduced 5% tax rates instead of the standard 20%, while others are exempt. How can we configure Netsuite to pick the correct tax code based on a combination of Zip code and Item nature?
