'Receive' button not displaying on Purchase Order

I am in a custom role - trying to receive a Purchase Order. The role is customized from Accountant Role.

I added the permission - Item Receipt to Full. Still unable to see the Receive button on PO. The purchase order is in APPROVED BY SUPERVISOR/PENDING RECEIPT

From my administrator role, I can view the receive button.

Can someone help?
