Can you have multiple active task forms in Netsuite?
I am working with Task forms trying to create a more refined task ticketing system. So far it has been easy enough creating various forms with special fields and checkboxes depending on the form. The trouble I am running into now is that Netsuite will always default to one form when viewing a task. I need it to keep the format of the task form it was created in. Here is an example:
- 2 Task forms created and active. One called "Task form - General" and another called 'Task Form - Netsuite"
- When creating a task, the user has no problem going in and selecting which task form to use and fill out. Lets say the user filled out a 'Task Form - Netsuite' request.
