New Sent Email List to Replace the Undelivered Emails Search
So we now have the New Sent Email List to Replace the Undelivered Emails Search
Overall I like it - much easier to use and read than the old bounced emails list.
However, what do we do when the emails appear on there as Status 'SENT' and Compliance Verified 'Yes', but the customers are still not receiving some or all emails
We have DKIM in place and the Verify DNS completes successfully.
I've tried sending the Test Email to the DKIM Reflector - below is the response I get (which I assume is OK, but I'm not really sure what I'm looking at).
