PayPal not able to bill out after 3 days

We just starting using PayPal Integration to Process payments through PayPal on web store orders last week.

BEWARE

This week (6 days later) we just found out that you cannot bill out orders that shipped beyond the 3 day limit with PayPal.  Ouch... we had a drop shipment for over $1000 that shipped in 4 days.  Now we are stuck without payment and PayPal says they can't help other than creating an issue ticket.

Does anyone know how to bill out PayPal web orders that are 4+ days old?
