Quantity decimal places limited to 5 in inventory transactions

All of a sudden inventory transactions such as assembly builds and adjustment are limiting decimal places of quantities to 5 places.  However, items are carrying quantities to more than 5 decimal positions.  Assembly builds calculating consumption to more than 5 decimal positions is a particular problem, because we can only allocate to inventory detail to 5 decimals which means we cannot allocate to zero as required.

This just started happening today, 12/17/2019.

Did something change in NetSuite or is there a setting we changed inadvertently that is now limiting us to 5 decimal places?
