NetSuite for 200 users Tier 2. 10-12 second response times (save/submit) across the entire platform
We are a distributor implementing NetSuite for 200 users across all our distribution facilities. We have done very few customization and are running on Tier 2. Our primary challenge is that we are experiencing 10-12 second response times (save/submit) and longer across the entire platform (even among transactions that have not been customized). Is this normal? What are the response times you see and is there any advice to help address our concern?
