Custom Button to Print Invoice in PDF

Hi All,
I'm trying to create a custom button which will print invoice in our Sales Order form. I read few documentation on how to do it through User Event then create a Suitelet, but I wasn't able to find a complete sample code.

Could you please share with me a complete code sample for User Event script as well as Suitelet?

I'm new to suitescript so any guidance is greatly appreciated.
