Payment Instruments Feature Missing
According to the announcement Action required to become compliant with the Visa Card on File Mandate, we are supposed to enable the Payment Instruments feature by following the instructions in the Payment Instruments SuiteAnswers article 79358.
This article says to:
- Go to Setup > Company > Enable Features.
- Click the Transactions subtab.
- Check the Payment Instrument box.
- Click Save.
I do not have a "Payment Instruments" option on this page or anywhere else in Enable Features though. I have been upgraded to 2019.2 and this option wasn't there before nor is it now. I do have credit card payments on and have accepted credit cards for years.
