SCA Kilimanjaro - Confirmation page not reflecting tax on shipping on orders with promotion

We have the Kilimanjaro version of SCA.

We use a third-party service to calculate the tax.

Tax shows up correctly on every page of the checkout process, but on the confirmation page, the tax is not correct. The amount does not reflect the tax on shipping.

This is only on orders with promotion.

Any ideas on this issue?
