we use Shopify and Farapp - this solution isnt working - manual applying of payments, duplicate reco

We currently use Shopify as our web cart and use Farapp as the connector.  we have many issues and dont see this as a sustainable solution.  We are currently manually applying payment, we have duplicate records, and recurring orders are manual when there is a refund.  is there a better integration out there?
