Changing our Fiscal Year End

Has anyone had to change their fiscal year end in NetSuite?  We are changing our year from Jan - Dec to July - June.    Trying to work with NS professional services but I'm stuggling with getting answers and getting a commitment.   Please let me know if you have tried this or if you have any suggestions.
